1. About us

Bonjour Mystery (bonjourmystery.com) is operated by Kymia Pilerood. Contact: contact@bonjourmystery.com.

2. The service

Bonjour Mystery provides digital French-language mystery cases (slides, student worksheets and teacher guides) for classroom use.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are intended for teachers and educators. Students do not need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

• Single cases are a one-time purchase and give you ongoing access to that case.
• Solo subscription (monthly or yearly) gives access to the full catalog for as long as the subscription is active. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from My Account → Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.

5. Refunds

• Single cases: because cases are digital content that can be used immediately, all single-case purchases are final and non-refundable. Please use the free case and the slide preview to try Bonjour Mystery before buying.
• Subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment. After that, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• If you experience a technical problem with a purchase, contact us at contact@bonjourmystery.com and we will help.

6. License and permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials with your own classes. You may print worksheets for your students.

You may not: share your login, resell, redistribute or publish the materials (including on Teachers Pay Teachers or shared drives), or remove copyright notices.

7. Intellectual property

All content (stories, slides, images, worksheets, guides) is the property of Bonjour Mystery and protected by copyright. © 2026 Bonjour Mystery. All rights reserved.

8. Availability

We work to keep the site available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or improve cases and features over time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, in particular in case of login sharing or redistribution of the materials.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced by email or on the site.
